πŸ“œ Referral Partner Programme Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 22 October 2026 Version: 2026-10

Welcome to the Gradely.info Referral Partner Programme, operated by Remit Integrated Services LTD. These terms govern participation by independent partners who introduce eligible new schools to Gradely.info.

Important Programme Information: Eligible partners earn an 18% one-time commission on the first successful qualifying school subscription payment. Referrals are valid for 90 days. Commissions are held for 14 days after verified payment and paid manually following administrative approval. No renewal commissions apply.

1. Eligibility and independent status

The programme is intended for independent individuals or organisations who refer prospective schools to Gradely.info. Referral partners are not Gradely employees, agents or authorised representatives and must not claim authority to enter agreements on Gradely's behalf.

Partners must provide accurate registration details, verify their email address and maintain an account in good standing.

2. Qualifying school referrals

A partner may submit details of a prospective school through the designated referral process. A qualifying referral must be a genuinely new school prospect, not an existing Gradely school or a duplicate of a lead already recorded by Gradely.

Gradely checks submitted schools against existing school and marketing-lead records. A submission alone does not guarantee acceptance or commission.

First valid referral takes priority: Where two or more referral partners submit the same prospective school, priority belongs to the earliest valid referral recorded in Gradely.info’s system, provided the school was not already registered or recorded as an existing lead at the time of submission. Gradely will use the server-recorded submission timestamp and its referral records to determine priority. Later duplicate submissions do not create a separate commission entitlement. Gradely may review identity matches, submission accuracy, suspected manipulation and disputes before confirming attribution. The earliest timestamp does not override other eligibility requirements.

3. Referral validity

An accepted referral remains eligible for attribution for 90 days from its recorded submission date. A qualifying first subscription payment must be successfully verified within the applicable attribution period and satisfy programme checks.

4. Commission amount

For an eligible referral, the partner earns 18% of the first successful qualifying school subscription payment only.

There are no renewal commissions and no commission for subsequent subscription payments by the same referred school. Figures above reflect the stated plan prices and may change if subscription prices change.

5. Verification, holding period and payouts

Commission is subject to confirmation of a successful qualifying payment and referral eligibility. An eligible commission is held for 14 days after verified payment before it may be considered for payout.

Payouts are processed manually and subject to administrative approval. The end of the holding period does not mean payment is automatic or immediate. Reversed, fraudulent, refunded or otherwise ineligible payments do not qualify.

6. Honest and lawful promotion

Partners must describe Gradely.info and the programme accurately, respect school privacy, avoid spam or misleading claims, and obtain appropriate permission before sharing school contact information. Partners must not promise guaranteed commissions, impersonate Gradely staff or offer unauthorised discounts.

7. Account activity and inactivity

The programme applies a 365-day inactivity policy, with planned warnings around days 300, 335 and 358. Account status changes must follow the programme's safeguards and administrative procedures; inactivity does not automatically establish that an otherwise valid commission has been forfeited.

8. Account restrictions and leaving the programme

Gradely may review suspected duplicate referrals, abuse or violations of these terms and may restrict partner access where appropriate. Partners may request to leave the programme through the designated account process. Any outstanding eligible commissions remain subject to verification and the applicable payout rules.

9. Programme records and questions

Referral status, commission history and payout information will be available through the partner dashboard once the relevant features are launched. For programme questions, contact support@gradely.info.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Gradely Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptance and updates

By registering and affirmatively accepting these terms, a partner agrees to the published programme rules applicable to their account. Gradely should provide appropriate notice of material updates and retain a record of the accepted terms version.

11. Programme Suspension, Changes and Discontinuation

Gradely.info reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Referral Partner Programme at any time. This includes closing new registrations, stopping new referral submissions, changing future commission arrangements or ending the programme entirely, subject to applicable law.

Where reasonably practicable, Gradely.info will communicate material changes or discontinuation through the partner's registered email address, partner dashboard or an official website notice. Changes to commission rates will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively reduce commissions already earned under the applicable programme rules.

Discontinuation does not automatically cancel a commission that was already validly earned before the effective discontinuation date. Such commissions remain subject to eligibility checks, payment verification, the 14-day holding period, refunds or reversals, and the established manual payout process. Pending leads that have not yet met all qualifying conditions are not guaranteed to generate a commission after the programme ends.

12. Data Protection and Processing

12.1 Data Controller and Data Processor Registration

The Referral Partner Programme is operated by Remit Integrated Services LTD, the operator of Gradely.info. Remit Integrated Services LTD is registered with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) as a data controller and data processor. You may view the organisation's registration evidence through the official NDPC verification portal.

12.2 Personal Information We Process

For referral programme administration, we may process partner names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, account and email-verification records, referral submissions, prospective school contact details, referral status, subscription-payment confirmation information relevant to commissions, payout details when required, and account activity or security records. Passwords are stored in hashed form rather than as readable passwords.

12.3 Why We Process Information

12.4 Lawful Processing and School Contact Information

We process personal information only where an appropriate lawful basis applies under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable data protection requirements. Partners must have a lawful basis to collect and share a prospective school's representative or contact details and must not submit sensitive student information or unrelated personal data through the referral process.

12.5 Access, Sharing and Security

Access to referral records is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers who need the information for legitimate programme operations. Information may be shared with relevant technical, communications, payment or hosting providers where necessary and subject to applicable safeguards. We use appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

12.6 Retention and Your Rights

We retain referral and partner information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the programme, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access to their information, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where appropriate, or exercise other available data protection rights.

12.7 Privacy Enquiries

For access requests, corrections, complaints or other data protection questions, contact support@gradely.info. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
