Subscription payments are processed through Paystack. Gradely.info does not store full card details.
We may store subscription plans, transaction references, customer identifiers, billing status, renewal dates and related subscription information required to manage school accounts.

Student data is retained as long as the school remains active on our platform. Schools may request deletion at any time.

8. Children's Privacy
Our service is intended for parents and schools. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.
