Can parents access results without internet?
No. Results are accessed through the Gradely portal when logged in. An active internet connection is required to view or download reports.
How do I upload student results?
Admins: Use the "Upload Results" tool in your dashboard. Download our Excel template, fill in the data, and upload the completed file. Ensure it's in .xlsx, .xls, or .csv format.
🔧 Troubleshooting
- Login fails? Double-check your Student ID/Admin ID and password. Ensure Caps Lock is off and you're using the correct case.
- No results showing? Confirm that data was uploaded to the correct academic term and year. Contact your school admin if you believe results are missing.
- Page not loading? Clear your browser cache or try opening the site in incognito/private mode. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- File upload failed? Make sure your file is in .xlsx, .xls, or .csv format and doesn't exceed 10MB. Check that all required columns are present in the template.
- Forgot my Admin ID? Contact your school's system administrator or email support@gradely.info with your school name for assistance.
