This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all schools using the Gradely Info Portal (gradely.info). By registering your school, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer two monthly subscription plans:

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment if:

How to Request a Refund

Email us at: support@gradely.info with:

  1. School name
  2. Email used during registration
  3. Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID)
  4. Reason for refund

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

When Refunds Are Not Allowed

No refunds will be issued after 7 days of successful onboarding, including if:

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel

  1. Send an email to support@gradely.info titled: “Cancel Subscription”
  2. Include your School Name and Admin ID
  3. We’ll confirm and deactivate auto-renewal

Alternatively, request cancellation through the Kaima chatbot on our website.

What Happens After Cancellation?

Note: Your data is never sold or shared.

4. Service Suspension for Non-Payment

If your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, your subscription will be suspended. You will:
