How do I log in as a parent?
Go to the Parent Login page and enter your child’s Student ID and password.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page, enter your child’s Student ID, and a reset link will be sent to your registered email or phone.
Can I change my password after logging in?
Yes! After logging in, go to your dashboard and click “Change My Password” to update it securely.
How do I download my child’s result PDF?
After logging in, navigate to the dashboard and click the “Download PDF Report” button to get a printable version of the term results.

How can schools upload student results?
Admins can use the “Upload Results” tool with our Excel/CSV template. Simply fill in the data and import it directly into the system.
Are results automatically sent to student portal?
Yes! Once uploaded, results can be instantly viewed using login details and parents get notification via email and SMS.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All passwords are encrypted with bcrypt, and data is stored in secure PostgreSQL databases. We follow best practices for authentication and encryption.
