How do I log in as a parent?
Go to the Parent Login page and enter your child's Student ID and password provided by your school. If you don't have these credentials, please contact your school's administration.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, enter your child's Student ID, and a reset link will be sent to your registered email or phone number. Follow the instructions in the message to create a new password.
Can I change my password after logging in?
Yes! After logging in, go to your dashboard and click "Change My Password" to update it securely. You'll need to enter your current password and then your new password twice for confirmation.
How do I download my child's result PDF?
After logging in, navigate to the dashboard and click the "Download PDF Report" button next to the relevant term. This will generate a printable version of your child's results that you can save or print.
What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer two monthly subscription plans for schools:

• Pro Plan: ₦89,700/month — Includes SMS alerts, class timetable management, school announcements, and priority support.

How can schools upload student results?
Admins can use the "Upload Results" tool in their dashboard with our Excel/CSV template. Simply download the template, fill in the student data following the column headers, and import the completed file directly into the system.
Are results automatically sent to student portal?
Yes! Once results are uploaded by the school admin, they become instantly available in the parent/student portal. Parents also receive email and SMS notifications when new results are posted.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All passwords are encrypted with bcrypt hashing, and data is stored in secure, encrypted databases. We follow industry best practices for authentication, data transmission (TLS 1.3), and access controls to protect your information.
